Testing the SAC-B satellite

This photograph shows the SAC-B satellite, instrumented with thermal sensors during testing in May 1995 at INPE-LIT. One of the four solar panels is visible in this view. The CUBIC instrument is on the left side of the photo, with its white Rad Plate (which radiates heat from the sensors into space) on the left and the field of view pointing to the right of the camera.
