The CUBIC CCD Camera

We show two views of the CUBIC CCD camera body. In both views, the door through which the CCDs view the sky is at the top. The TEC (thermoelectric cooler) which cools the CCDs to -83 C is clearly seen in the center of the photo (the three-layered pyramidal object). The small electronics board at the bottom contains signal filtering circuitry and a pressure sensor.
