We will compile command sequences and target lists on a weekly basis for transmission to the MOCC via email, and will require transmission of CUBIC quick-look data to PSU via email immediately after each ground pass for analysis here. Our operations center will be manned during all ground station passes so that quick-look data can be analyzed promptly and corrective action can be taken in the event of instrument anomalies.
Detailed discussions are still underway with the MOCC concerning exactly how flight operations will occur. Our long-term target list for the first six months is posted on our WWW page ( http://www.astro.psu.edu/xray/cubic/targets/). This long-term target list will be updated every six months and will be made publicly available via our WWW page. Short-term timelines covering one week of observing will be prepared on a weekly basis, based on the long-term timeline and the updated SAC-B orbit parameters. The short-term timelines will be sent to the MOCC on a weekly basis by email, along with the CUBIC command list for the same period.
