actually in use is the RESET command, which resets the ICP microprocessor. Its exact function depends on the status of the Cold Boot Flag. If the Cold Boot Flag is set, the RESET command forces a cold boot, which is equivalent to power cycling the instrument. Commands PC2 and PC3 set and reset a hardware flip-flop which can be sampled by the CUBIC software, but we are not currently using this flip-flop.
