The Penn State CCD Simulator: acis_sim
The Penn State ACIS team is developing an ACIS simulator which includes some of the most up-to-date knowledge of the solid state physics of CCD devices.  See the section "Simulations of CCD Response to X-rays" of the ACIS Calibration Report for more details.

The MARX Simulator
MARX is a "suite of programs designed to enable the user to simulate the on-orbit performance of AXAF".  It can also be used to simulate AXAF calibration at XRCF.  A number of MARX simulations are available on-line:
AXAF Mission Support Team Simulations
The AXAF Mission Support Team (MST) has done a number of simulations to better understand the performance of the AXAF optics.  For more details, read their documentation.  The MST has used its simulator for:
AXAF Science Center Calibration Group Simulations
The ASC calibration group has put together a nice web page which lists results of the ASC's ACIS + HRMA performance models.
