I'm happily married to Beatriz Palma and she lives in State College with me. Beatriz is a psychologist and currently she is a graduate student at the Department of Counseling Psychology at Maryland (cMD).
My research interests are observational cosmology, statistical analysis, gravitational lenses and high redshift sources (QSOs, galaxy Clusters and AGNs). This semester (Spring 2009), I'll be working with George Chartas (advisor) and Gordon Garmire in my thesis project focused on quasar winds. I expect to graduate defend before March 2010.
