Mary makes gift items for her children and friends.
The complete fashion doll costume shown at right was
made by Mary for her daughter Katrina's ninth birthday.
The outfit was crocheted, with white tatted borders attached
as edging.
Mary designed this satin tatting bag (used to carry shuttles
and thread while travelling) by adapting two patterns
published in books by Marian Leyds and Bessie Attenborough.
