This Bedfordshire bobbin lace edging surrounds a pulled
thread embroidered linen square. Mary made the
edging using instructions developed as part of a
video course in lacemaking available through John
Hensel Productions.
In the floral center she adapted a published design
using pulled thread embroidery stitches.
