Title: "
A Spitzer View of Star Formation in the Large Magellanic Cloud"

Abstract:
The Spitzer Space Telescope has made it possible to survey massive
young stellar objects (YSOs) in nearby galaxies, such as the Magellanic
Clouds.  The Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) has been mapped with Spitzer
IRAC and MIPS in the Legacy program Surveying the Agents of a Galaxy's
Evolution (SAGE).  Using this survey, two independent investigations of
LMC YSOs have been published: Whitney et al. (2008) and Gruendl and
Chu (2009).  These two studies yielded two very different catalogs.
I will discuss the differences between these two catalogs and highlight
the massive star formation revealed by Spitzer observations.
