Reasons for Choosing Penn State:

First, Penn State has a good fame in Astronomy and Astrophysics research. It has a large group in X-Ray Obervation and Analysis which just fits my interest in this field. Second, Penn State is a pushing university. It has a history for 150 years. It is also growing up very quickly. Hundreds of young scientists and engineers come here to join the big family and make it active and lively. Third, it locates in a quite and, more important, safe place. That is quite benifitial to student. Finally, we have a lot of Chinese friends here.
