OBJECTIVE:

The development of modern understanding of the astronomical universe from planets and stars to galaxies and cosmology.



EXAMS:

There will be FOUR mid-term exams. The exams will consist of 50 multiple choice questions. Makeup exams are only allowed due to serious medical or family emergency or legitimate unavoidable conflicts related to university business.



QUIZZES: 

Part of your grade will be determined on pop-quizzes consisting typically of 5 multiple choice questions.
